As the name suggests, The Corporation demonstrates how corporations came to grow from a legal fiction to the position they hold now, wielding great power with little accountability. As a committed leftie, this should have been right up my street. Instead, the plodding nature turned me off.
At 2 hours 24 minutes, this is definitely a film in need of editing. Whilst the story is told well, charting the misuse of legal acts to allow corporations to get to where they are nowadays, it could do with more pizazz, more zip, more words containing z that signify speed.
